When will my order arrive?

All windows are built to order. The production process is typically 3-5 weeks.

Can I Return the Windows?

Since the windows are custom made we do not accept returns, unless there is a defect covered by the warranty in which case it will be replaced at no charge.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once production begins there are no changes, cancellations or refunds.

Premium vinyl frames that offer enhanced strength and
energy efficiency.

Strength
Vinyl frames are made from the highest quality vinyl material. While most vinyl windows are hollow inside, our frames are reinforced with innergy thermal reinforcements.

Efficiency
Frames are insulated with graphite polystyrene insulation. Bulb seal and barrier fin weatherstripping ensure no drafts.

Insulated Frames

Graphite foam insulation provides greater energy efficiency and performance.

3.25" welded frame for increased strength

Bulb Seal

Prevents inflitration against air, water, dust and noise.

Energy Efficient Glass

Choose from double or triple pane glass with low-e coatings and argon or krypton gas fill. The Super spacer performs the best among other dual pane units in durability testing.

Warm Edge Glazing System

Super Spacer® Reverse Dual Seal Technology, for reduced heat loss, warmer glass temperatures and reduced condensation.

The Super Spacer® thermoset foam matrix keeps moisture out and gas is kept in. Conductivity is virtually nonexistent.

Orders

When will my order arrive?

All windows are custom made to your specifications. It takes anywhere from 3-5 weeks for windows to finish production. We typically ship windows within a few days of production finishing. The amount of time for shipping depends on the quantity of windows and the final
destination.

Can I return an item if I'm dissatisfied?

Since all windows are made to order we don't accept any returns unless the product arrives damaged. In that case we will replace the product.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Similar to returns, we don't accept any cancellations once an order starts production .Orders cancelled prior to production will be assessed a 5% fee to cover credit card processing costs that we pay visa, mastercard, etc. and which are not recoverable.
