Refund and Return Policy
All our windows(unless otherwise noted) are made for each order. For this reason we are unable to offer refunds once an order goes into production.
Orders that are cancelled prior to production will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. This fee covers expenses paid to the credit card processing company along with costs incurred by us administering your order.

Returns
- (If eligible) Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in re-sellable condition.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Any damages, missing parts/assembly instructions that are determined once your item is received back will be assessed and deducted from your refund, so please be sure to repackage your items safely and securely.
- Any and all related parts and assembly instructions received must be included with the item(s) returned.
- Exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
- Installing, painting or any other modifications to the parts will void ability to return
Refunds
- You can expect your refund(should one be granted) within 3-5 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds issued for returned orders are credited back to the buyer’s original payment method.
- No refund will be made for purchases until the items have safely arrived to our facility and been checked in.
- Once an order is placed, if a refund request is granted a 5% processing fee will apply.
- Scratched, broken, used, or with missing or replaced parts/instructions.
Restocking Fee
- Since our windows are made to order, most will incur a restock fee.
- Scratched, broken, used, or with missing or replaced parts/instructions.
Cancellation
- If you need to cancel your order please contact customer service. Orders that haven't been put into production may be cancelled.
- Once an order is placed into production the ability to cancel is solely at the discretion of WholeasaleVinylWindows.com
