How It Works

2. Order Reviewed and Confirmed
Once you place an order our team will review the details and follow up with you to confirm everything is correct. Since all our vinyl windows are custom made we want to ensure all the details are 100% correct before we start production.
3. Production Begins
After we've confirmed all the details, the production process begins. It typically takes 3-5 weeks for your windows to be built.
4. Window Prepared for Shipment
Once the manufacturing process is complete, we'll reach out to schedule delivery. We will do our best to find a delivery time that works best for everyone.
5. Delivery
Our vinyl windows are delivered on a freight truck and dropped off curbside. We can deliver to commercial or residential locations. We reccomend two people are on site to receive delivery. Delivery drivers will only unload windows off the truck and will not assist with bringing windows inside.
