When will my order arrive?
All windows are built to order. The production process is typically 4-6 weeks.
Can I Return the Windows?
Since the windows are custom made we do not accept returns, unless there is a defect covered by the warranty in which case it will be replaced at no charge.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once production begins there are no changes, cancellations or refunds.
We ship to all locations within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or internationally. Most orders are shipped through a third party specialized delivery company. Shipping costs vary based on your location. While damage during shipping is rare if it does happen we will replace anything damaged at no additional charge.

A 3/4" dual pane insulated glass unit (IGU) Low-e Coating available in clear glass or with low-e coating and argon gas fill. The Blackline spacer features a patented one-piece U-channel design virtually eliminates seal failure. A unique black coating creates an aesthetically pleasing sight line at the edge of the glass.

All windows are custom made to your specifications. It takes anywhere from 4-6 weeks for windows to finish production. We typically ship windows within a few days of production finishing. The amount of time for shipping depends on the quantity of windows and the final destination.
Since all windows are made to order we don't accept any returns unless the product arrives damaged.
Similar to returns, we don't accept any cancellations once an order starts production .Orders cancelled prior to production will be assessed a 5% fee to cover credit card processing costs that we pay visa, mastercard, etc. and which are not recoverable.
We take full responsibility for delivering our products to you in good condition. When a delivery is received if anything is damaged we will replace it at no additional cost.
