When will my order arrive?

All windows are built to order. The production process is typically 3-5 weeks.

Can I Return the Windows?

Since the windows are custom made we do not accept returns, unless there is a defect covered by the warranty in which case it will be replaced at no charge.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once production begins there are no changes, cancellations or refunds.

Premium vinyl frames that offer enhanced strength and

Strength
Vinyl frames are made from the highest quality vinyl material. While most vinyl windows are hollow inside, our frames are reinforced with innergy thermal reinforcements.

Efficiency
Frames are insulated with graphite polystyrene insulation. Bulb seal and barrier fin weatherstripping ensure no drafts.

Multi Chamber

A multi chamber frame made of premium vinyl material adds strength and durability.

Triple Weatherstripping

Anti-microbial triple weatherstripping blocks dust, allergens and drafts and resists mold and mildew.

Insulated Frame

Graphite polystyrene rigid foam insulation reflects heat and increases the r value.

Design Pressure: Measures the window's ability to resist wind loads. Higher numbers mean greater strength.

Structural Test: Windows are subjected to increasing wind pressure until they break.

Water Resistance: Tests resistance to water intrusion.

Wind Speed: The maximum wind velocity the window can withstand.

Energy Efficient Glass

Choose from double or triple pane glass with low-e coatings and argon or krypton gas fill. The super spacer performs the best among other dual pane units in the durability testing.

Our standard energy efficient glass package with U factors ranging from .27-.28

Triple pane glass with a u factor of .21 a significant increase over our standard package.

Our most efficient glass available. Triple pane with krypton gas fill with u factors of .18.

Lots of Color Options

Choose from more than 80 color combinations with various options for the inside and outside. Also available with a laminated woodgrain interior that mimics the look of wood.

Interior Vinyl Colors

Choose from White, Tan or Clay for base vinyl colors. Available on the interior or exterior.

Interior Woodgrain Colors

Light Oak, Pecan, Cherry laminated on the interior give the look of wood without the maintenance.

Flex Screen

Flex Screen is used on all Premium model windows with a screen option. These flexible screen frames are made from spring steel coated with high performance PVC and are built to last a lifetime. They are designed to be bent for easy removal and installation. The low-profile black frame is smaller than a traditional aluminum screen frame which increases your viewing area.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order arrive?

All windows are custom made to your specifications. It takes anywhere from 4-6 weeks for windows to finish production. We typically ship windows within a few days of production finishing. The amount of time for shipping depends on the quantity of windows and the final destination.

Can I return an item if I'm dissatisfied?

Since all windows are made to order we don't accept any returns unless the product arrives damaged.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Similar to returns, we don't accept any cancellations once an order starts production .Orders cancelled prior to production will be assessed a 5% fee to cover credit card processing costs that we pay visa, mastercard, etc. and which are not recoverable.

What happens if a window is damaged during shipping?

We take full responsibility for delivering our products to you in good condition. When a delivery is received if anything is damaged we will replace it at no additional cost.

Where are the windows made?

All our windows are produced in Pennsylvania
