Ordered this window since I recently wanted to upgrade. The window is absolutely perfect and is totally functional. I did have a professional install the window but I took the measurements myself and it fits perfect.

Since the products are custom made, lead time is 3-4 weeks.
Since all our products are custom made, once they are put into production we cannot accept cancellations or returns of any kind. Before we start manufacturing your windows our team will reach out to you to confirm all the details are correct.
We do not offer any measuring or installation services. We can assist you in finding someone local if you need an installer.
